Sorry for not getting this up this morning! Anyway, here's what I've got so far.

First, these. I'd be more than happy to play out any of these scenarios with you. Some other ideas I've had:

1. Bodyguard. Just trying to imagine Athrun as a bodyguard for somebody like Sena or Rin Tousaka sends me into fits of laughter, or possibly Asemu guarding C.C. (which would of course be pointless, but he wouldn't know that). Could also evolve into battle couple, depending on the characters involved (like maybe Athrun with Weiss, which would also be pretty hilarious).

2. Continuing Roy and Cornelia's plot. I'd have to canon review FMA, but I'd be willing to do it if it means more threads between those two.

If I think of any more, I'll add them. I'd also like to hear any ideas you might have!

Whew, shows up fifteen minutes late with Starbucks, etc.

For your PSL ideas, I'm interested in the Pokemon one as well as the Princess/Knight one. I suppose I could swing Battle Couple as well, but it really depends on who the pairing is. The characters I'm currently most interested in playing myself for PSLs are:

2p), and maaaaybe others. I'm kind of in a weird spot where my interests keep bouncing every other week so those are the safe ones I suppose!

I'm not sure if I'm really feeling Asemu and C.C. though I think that's due to the muse being a weaker one for me now as are most of my Code Geass characters. ~~Why I finally moved the section to retired~~ though I suppose I could give it a try, especially since you want me to bring back out Cordelia. Just canon reviewing Geass :T

Well, the first thing that springs to mind is Weiss/Athrun as Princess/Knight. Athrun falls pretty easily into a knight role, and from what I can tell, Weiss falls easily into the princess. Also if that

dear_mun thread is any indication, these two are wonderful to thread off each other.

Something with Asemu and Junko could also be interesting since, if his rivalry with Zeheart is any indication, he'd hold nothing back if he were to stand against her. But at the same time, if they established some sort of prior rapport, he'd also try his best to get her to come around (and I'm down for both success and failure).

And no worries about your Geass muses. Much as I'd love to pick up Roy/Cornelia where we left off, I'll understand if it's too much of a slog to canon review for her or any of your other Geass muses (especially from what I've heard about R2). But if you're up for it, let me know and I'll get to canon reviewing FMA straightaway.

It's kind of difficult because Weiss would be very knightly herself. She's not exactly a damsel in distress so she would defend herself... honestly, she's more of a fighter than Athrun. She comes from a canon that's pretty much Awesome Girls Fighting. Though maybe there's something we can do to swing it otherwise?

It could be. My Junko is one I'm very particular with so unless Asemu gives her something to work with, the thread will just end up pretty one-sided. I'm willing to give it a shot, just know I'll be slow-ish with her for obvious reasons.

I'll see how I feel. I always feel like Geass in December!

What I was thinking was that Athrun would come from an AU where he has a powered armor rather than a mobile suit. Kind of like what I did with him in IS. It could also be something like Athrun trying to treat it like princess/knight at first, which just irritates Weiss, and then it evolves into a battle couple as Athrun realizes she's as good as he is and Weiss starts to defrost.

Well, Asemu has one trait that'd be very easy to exploit, that being his desire to protect everyone who matters to him. He's not shy about that motivation, either, so she could start pulling strings off the bat.

Cool! Any particular settings you want for either of them? I was thinking the Pokémon world might work for Asemu and Junko, but I'm not sure about Athrun and Weiss.

The Pokemon world? I'm not really thrilled with Brave New World AU myself so if that's what you were thinking, might be better with someone else :(

Oh, no, I wasn't thinking of a Brave New World AU. I was thinking a setting more like Route 29, where Junko could use Asemu to help her adjust to her new setting, then betray him for one of the evil teams or just to go off and do her own thing -- at which point he'd pursue her.

Oh okay! I know you were really kind of into that so I was a bit unsure about playing from it myself ^^; Pokemon would be neat, it'd be like Route 29-ish or what area actually?

My knowledge of Hoenn and Sinnoh is pretty shaky because it's been such a long time, but any of the other four major regions is fine with me. I'm leaning a bit more in favor of Unova and Kalos, but Kanto and Johto are both perfectly fine. Do you have any preference?

EDIT: I had a thought earlier today! Would you be good with Unova? It's just that Reshiram is the perfect Pokémon for Asemu due to white being his trademark color. It could also climax in a battle of Reshiram vs. either Zekrom or Black Kyurem.

Ah, okay! Well, my idea was to run a plot similar to BW2's plot, with a little extra trip thrown in so Asemu can pick up Reshiram before the climactic battle. They'll be starting in Aspertia City (which is in the southwestern corner of the region map, found here, below the big map), which should especially be handy since there's a Trainer's School in the same place.

Oh neat, I guess that works out!

Back to Athrun and Weiss, I did have a couple of ideas.

The first idea is that someone forcibly takes over the kingdom/corporation shortly after Athrun is assigned to be Weiss's personal knight. Two people can't possibly stand against them as they are, so they have to flee elsewhere, live in exile, occasionally deal with bounty hunters and assassins, and form proper political alliances for them to take back what rightfully belongs to the Schnee family.

The second idea I had is that Weiss is given some kind of responsibility, such as governing a city, and Athrun is assigned to be her assistant in addition to being a personal knight. Only problem is that there's a lot of instability that rears its ugly head after she arrives, and they have to deal with insurrections, riots, assassins, etc.

If neither of those ideas appeal to you, I'll just brainstorm some more, so don't feel obligated to pick one or the other!

I think I prefer the former option of the two. Does that sound all right with you?
