Right now, I have two ideas. One is for a specific ship, the other is for an approach to take for the time being.

First is the specific ship. In this case I'm thinking of something between Allelujah Haptism and Seolla Schweizer. I don't know how familiar you are with Gundam 00, but in canon Allelujah goes through a subplot that's extremely similar to the one Arado and Seolla are a part of in OG2. I think it'd be easy to merge the two.

The other idea is to look at ships we can come up with for Holly Heights and see if they have any chemistry. I'm game for any of the ones I suggested, and I'm open to your suggestions, too.

I really need to get through that replay of SRT someday. I think I'll try to find some LP's to watch through while I'm at work for fun. Because I really would like to play Seolla more, I'm just so used to her being in a certain environment that makes it harder to do so.

As for Holly Heights, I'd definitely would like to do something there. I was reading into the rules a bit more and don't even think Caren is an appable character there. I'll have to do some more looking into. Besides, we have until next app period at least since you can only do two per. :)

Well, if you can't find any LPs, there's also the option of watching The Inspector...though to be honest, I haven't actually watched it myself, so I don't know how much (if at all) they expanded/compressed her role in it.

Actually, the mod has done away with an app cycle -- at least for now. (link) I suspect now it means we can only have two apps in the queue at any given time. But still, we don't need to rush.

Out of curiosity, what makes you think Caren is unappable?

Because f/ha hasn't been translated fully yet. Most games don't allow for fandoms that have no English translation I've been finding out.

Ah. Well, damn. And with Zero Lancer on reserve, that also limits my options.

Off the top of my head, the characters I'm still considering are Future Trunks, Asem, Gawain, Lockon, and Allelujah. Feel free to poke me for a personality blurb for any you don't know and we can see if that helps us come up with something.

Okay, so since Holly Heights fell through, what should we do next? Shall I post a list of ships I want to play out and you tell me what you can/would like to do, or vice versa?

So I did think of ideas for a couple of threads. Perhaps we could fool around with them and see where they end up going.

1. Athrun gets roped into playing video games against Sena. I headcanon that Athrun enjoyed video games as a child, but stopped playing them after his mother's death and his enrollment in the military academy. So, in the first round of whatever game they play, Sena utterly curb stomps Athrun...but in doing so, awakens the sleeping giant. Suddenly Athrun starts getting better at an alarming rate, enough so that Sena has to actually work for her victories. Perhaps Athrun could sneak in a win or two here or there.

2. I really loved the start that our Ike/Eirika test run thread for Fate/Conflation got off to. If you're still interested, I'd be more than happy to continue it here.
